Job Description

Position: Deputy Assistant Manager, Billing
Department: Operation
Key Responsibilities

Liaison with concern post & collect information for preparing service bill. ( Security, Housekeeping, Pest Control & Equipment)
To submit the bill to the client in the specified time duration.
Collect Cheque, VAT and TAX invoices with supporting documents and submit to A & F Department
All the collected Cheque information must be stored in the register and computer.
Regular contact with client for outstanding bills.
Regularly visit to client in due time.
Supervise the team for collecting bill.
Job Requirements
Pre-requisites to apply:

Minimum graduate. Business background will be preferable
Minimum 01-02 years work experience in Billing / Accounts
Good computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel)
Learn to drive a motorcycle
Age within 30 years
